Changing account name+Password - Guild Wars Forums

It's been a while since I've touched on this issue but it's gotten to the point where I don't remember the password to my main email account, and I don't even remember the username on NCsoft itself, so I have absolutely no idea how to reset everything.

If someone could point me in the right direction, please do.
